Cristian Cacciatore, è nato a Varese nell’agosto del 1977, vive a Gallarate (Va) ed è un fotoamatore. Sebbene abbia avuto un’istruzione tecnica, è sempre rimasto molto affascinato dalle arti in generale. Ama infatti la lettura, la pittura, il teatro, il cinema.
Nel 2013 la rivelazione; nasce in lui la passione per la fotografia, uno strumento in grado di richiamare e stimolare sensibilità e trasposizione della sua interiorità ma, al contempo, di cogliere emozione da tutto ciò che lo circonda, con l’intento di divulgarne poi il concetto attraverso un’immagine, l’immagine come pretesto per dire qualcosa. Dal quel momento non esce quasi mai senza la sua reflex. Ogni istante infatti, è motivo di scatto, stimolo per “l’occhio del fotografo“, che poi è l’occhio del cuore e/o della mente.
La passione per la fotografia lo porta a viaggiare in lungo e largo, cercare e visitare nuovi luoghi, incontrare e conoscere persone nuove da cui trarre esperienze sempre incredibili, infatti, ringrazia molti di loro per aver contribuito, anche in modo significativo, alla sua formazione tecnica sulla fotografia.
È un’illusione che le foto si facciano con la macchina… si fanno con gli occhi, con il cuore, con la testa.
